BSU: Next up, UGA

The Broncos beat up on a handicapped Utes team that was missing their starting QB.  I didn't watch the whole game, but Utah's offense looked simply inept from what I saw.  And neither team seemed like they wanted the ball, with a total of seven turnovers in the game.  However, Boise looked effective when blitzing and I couldn't tell if it was due to the relative unathleticism of Utah's backs and 2nd string QB, but they looked fast on defense.  Kellen Moore, despite tossing a pick, was accurate as usual as he threaded several nice passes downfield.

Next up for Boise, UGA.  Much of their current offensive bite will be lost next year when Austin Pettis and Titus Young leave.  However, Moore remains one of the nation's most prolific and accurate passers and should be back to kick off 2011 in the Dome.  Boise's offense makes me uncomfortable because they showed a healthy use of both an option toss and end around that the Dawgs haven't defended well for several years now.  We shall see soon enough.  I, for one, can't wait.
